My passion for UX started in college, when I got to conduct my first usability tests in a web publishing class. After seeing the various emotions that users experience when browsing a site, I knew I wanted to dedicate my career to improving all different types of user experiences.
After landing an internship at a marketing agency, I pushed myself to be a thought leader in the UX space and built up the agency's first ever UX department. After a year of leading the department, I wanted to get into product design and started my journey at H&R Block, where I've been ever since.
I'm currently a product designer at H&R Block, focusing on building great experiences for tax pros that help them complete more returns more efficiently.
